Sprayseal Insulate Soffit for DEFRA

Sprayseal insulated the Plant Room for DEFRA at the Veterinary Laboratories Agency in Weybridge through their term contractor Walter Lilly & Co. Ltd.

It was not possible to use insulate boards onto the concrete soffit, as the access around pipework and plant was prohibitive and would have caused major disruption.

A Sprayseal system was used and an average 50mm thickness of Sprayseal Class 1 Urethane foam was able to be sprayed to the complete soffit area stopping over 90% of heat loss, with only minor disruption.
